The West Mediterranean Exporters Association (BAIB), established in 1968, is one of the 61 Exporters Associations operating under 14 General Secretariats in Türkiye and functions under the umbrella of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM). Renamed and restructured as a regional association in 2011, BAIB now represents and oversees exporters from the provinces of Antalya, Isparta, and Burdur. All exporters registered and operating in these three cities are required to be members of BAIB. As a leading organization supporting exporters for over half a century, BAIB plays a key role in promoting and facilitating trade in the West Mediterranean region of Türkiye.
