Deregulation Cancelling Restriction on Mining Activities in Istanbul

The Regulatory Measure E-28611589-255.03-606799, established by the General Directorate of Forestry, which significantly restricted and prohibited mining activities in Istanbul, has been canceled as a result of the lawsuit we filed against it on 08.11.2022, with the file number 2023/1122 e. issued by Istanbul 6th Administrative Court. With this decision, the obstacle to obtaining the forest permit required for mining activities in Istanbul has been removed. This is to inform all concerned parties.
